Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To read and reply to your inquiry and to hold any follow-up business discussions you request. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To operate and secure the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data, use it for automated decision-making, or add you to marketing lists.
Who receives your data
Form submissions and website traffic are handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., which processes data on our behalf as a data processor. Netlify is based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the safeguards in Netlify’s data processing agreement, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not share your inquiry with other companies without your agreement.
How long we keep it

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), at vdai.lrv.lt, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU country.
